12 Shifts – need 6 Teams with each Team doing 2 shifts or 4 Teams do one (1) midnight shift each and 4 more Teams do two day shifts each = need 8 Teams is 6
Teams to have 2 Hosts each = need 12-16 Hosts or any arrangement suitable for your situation
